第一百三十三条 出租人在约定的受载期限内未能提供船舶的，承租人有权解除合同。但是，出租人将船舶延误情况和船舶预期抵达装货港的日期通知承租人的，承租人应当自收到通知时起四十八小时内，将是否解除合同的决定通知出租人。
